The problem

Is it safe on skin?

Yes. You are dipping into cold water, not pressing ice onto skin, and the bowl is food-grade silicone. Keep dips to five to ten seconds with breaks between them. It is cold therapy, not a plunge.

How quickly will I see a difference?

The de-puffing is immediate — that is what cold does to blood vessels and surface fluid. It is also temporary, which is why this is a morning step and not a treatment. Nobody should promise you permanent results from cold water.

How is this different from an ice roller?

My skin is sensitive. Should I still?
