No — the ambient sensor keeps it off until the room is dark.
Can I stick it on tile or glass?
Yes. The adhesive strip is residue-free and reusable; the base is magnetic so the stick comes off for charging.
How long does a charge last?
Up to 150 days in auto mode. Around 8 hours if you leave it always-on.
